It says that it is adjustable. You have the length in mm. could you tell me what size wrist it fits at its longest adjustable point. Hope I did a better job at making it clear this time. thanks

The mm Measurements are for the "Width and Length" of the Case. As for Wrist Size, I am a Pretty Big guy and it Fits me, with some to Spare. If I were to "Guesstimate" I would say it Would fit a Wrist from 8.5 to 9 Inches". Hope this Helps!
