Everything pictured is included, which is a Pier 1 outdoor flag, two Pier 1 potted plant stakes, a stocking, small gift bag, two antique-looking ornaments, a stuffed Snoopy, a snowglobe, 9 pearl-like strings/strands to wrap around your tree (lengths are b/w 46"-48" long so better for a smaller tree, or even hook together for one long strand/string), and a working tree topper. The only items that really have any flaws are the ornaments which have some chipped paint I think due to age, and the stakes which are a little faded and have some rust from our water, as we were able to use our sprinklers in the winter lol. But you can always paint the backs, and maybe even touch up the fronts. I don't know what those white spots are in the picture of the stocking, as there is no sign of any kind of white stains on the stocking itself. Non-smoking home. Verified addresses only.
