Brand new still has the clear film on the screen bought this last year and ended up getting a kindle fire it holds a charge and is in perfect shape. I'm not sure if it connects to wifi or not as it will not connect to mine, my router is weird I doesn't like to let my 3ds connect either. Comes with charger and usb /ethernet cable hook up as well.

Have you tried to connect it to any other wifi's just to see if the wifi on it works? Like free wifi at mcdonalds or Starbucks?

Can you test the wifi at a hot spot to see if it works else where or if it's just your home wifi it won't connect to? I have a lot of credits to bid on a tablet but it would need to work on wifi. There's lots of places all over that have free wifi hot spots.

So i went to the local coffee shop and it connects to there wifi but I went to burger king and it said that the wifi was out of range .

Where did you buy the tablet from? Like Walmart, best buy, target etc... I've heard stories from a few people who have had that out of range thing happen to their wifi. I forget which tablet they had. It was only like a $50-60 one. So I'm wondering if maybe it's something from the stores suppliers or something? Like a defect with their wifi? My friend got hers at Kmart (the one who had that happen with out of range)
