Hi! The sleeper is stain-free. I've added a few close-up shots so you could see for yourself. Please be aware, however, that tho sleeper has been worn...quite a bit. It's in very good shape, but you can tell it's used. I, personally, would not "gift" this unless it's to a nephew or someone very close - just so you know for sure if that mom is okay with used clothing. Just my opinion :) Thanks for looking!
