This is a new item. It is a U.S. ARMY license plate. It is not a real license plate. It is Army green and yellow in color. It is app. but not quite 12" across by 6" top to bottom. There are two slots on top and also on the bottom to attach them. You can put it on your car, truck, 4 wheeler or whatever or wherever you want to put the plate. The plate has 2 slots on the top and 2 on the bottom to attach or fasten it to your car or wherever. No fasteners come with this plate. The plate is made of some kind of metal. Ask all questions before bidding. I have a no refund, no return, no exchange and no buyers remorse policy. No International shipping. My budget doesn't allow me to offer free shipping and I am sorry.
