It is an iron-on patch. It is from 1997. It was worn and earned by every level of Girl Scouts who sold cookies at a cookie booth in 1997. This patch is worn on the back of a vest, sash or tunic. I am not sure of the manufacturer or the cookie baker who gave out these patches to the Girl Scouts.
