This auction is for 2 items. The first is a copied set of 24 Recipes I'm calling the "My Pyramid" Recipe set. It was done by the AgriLIFE Extension of Texas A&M System. These are copied pages stapled together. However, they are in both English and Spanish. Each recipe includes: Prep Time, Cost per Serving, Nutrition Facts, My Pyramid food group portions, Kitchen Utensils needed, Ingredients needed, and Instructions.The I didn't want to picture all the recipes and give them to you digitally so here is list of the names of the recipes included:

ALSO, this auction includes a booklet called "My Personal Health Journal" It is designed to help you keep up with all necessary medical information you may need to go to the doctor or in an emergency situation. It is just over a half page size booklet with a hard cardstock cover. It has charts you can fill out or copy and fill out to help you out (I posted pictures of the top portion of the charts for you). I also have a picture of the table of contents. Each section comes with some great information you might need.
