Its Fleet Post Office , its a service that the USPS offers service members and their families as a benefit. It requires a small customs form but it usually costs less than domestic rates because the military moves the mail overseas from the military base to military base.

You should be able to print a shipping label from USPS website. You need a small customs form to send it.
