This item leaves a home that is smoke free. The home does however, have a cat and a dog.

I want to make sure I understand your rules. You charge an exact shipping fee plus a 25% handling fee. If so what is the handling fee for: 1. Taking it to the post office? (2. Packaging the item?

The handling fee is for package/box, bubbles and or stuffing, tape, etc....that all adds up. I've gotten permission from Listia to handle this in this manner.

What is this made of? Plastic? Resin? Ceramic? Shipping fees and etc. fees to 22601?
