I have one almost EXACTLY like this and my cat LOVES it!! I put a different ball in b/c the noise bugged me but, it's not hard to change it. He LOVES playing with the mouse and I even would take it off and tease him or let him play with it he would go crazy over that little fur ball thing. He ended up ripping the tail off!! I still have mine he doesn't use it much since I let him run around the house and chase his balls more and not all coped up in my bedroom all the time. But, yes any cat would love this I am SURE!!
