THIS PRODUCT IS NEW AND UNUSED! I double checked with my husband (our household computer person) and he said he opened the package but never installed it, because we had a computer specialists come out who installed installed his own commercial version. So, long story short, it is NEW and ready to install. All original packaging and papers are intact: the instruction manual, the product key & the disk. So sorry for the delay!!! I totally missed these messages somehow. I know very little about this product PC for that matter. I will ask my husband for details and post ASAP. If this is like most software, it can be installed in up to 3 computers. Just added 3 more photos showing the Product Key label and the 2 page instructions. More soon.

that is not a 3 x install, 1 pc only. the 3x ones say so on the right on the front of the box.

note this is the upgrade. you must install it on a pc that has vistia or xp on it already.

It WILL erase your hard drive if you are using xp. follow the instructions to carefully to save your data.

you must have a pentuim 4 1.2 ghz or faster, 1 gig of memory minumum, and 10 gig of hard drive free space to use this. slower, or less and it will not install.
