was it bought from a bluray or dvd?

I get these b from someone, they said it was from Blu Ray and the slip says "may not include High Definition copy". From what i have noticed that wording is on slips from blu rays in order to provide a disclaimer in case they redeem sd. These older codes were known for that so i like to cover myself as well and wont guarantee HD.
