I bought on Ebay to try out what everybody's raging about and OUCH! I am sensitive, it hurts me lol. Oh, but it DOES work! There's tons of videos on youtube on how to use it. Just arch the stick like a letter n, then at the same time twist the ends in sync with eachother, glide over your face and it pulls out hair from the root as it says! I bought 3. Gave that one to my mom and I have this one up for auction. I'll post the other one if this one goes well. I'll stick with my ouchless clio hair trimmer for the time being lol. GL ;)
