This retails $20.00 but I've seen this exact one go for $7.00 at Marshall's so don't let that bother you. I only paid higher price for this because the one at Marshall's went out of stock cause I stupidly decided to wait till the next day to go back in and buy it and it was GONE. So, I go and buy this online and I find I don't like how it fits on my wrist so up for auction it goes. This is really neat and just LOVE the color! Good Luck if you bid ppl!

Does it fit smaller wrists? Or is there an option to out it up higher on the arm?

If you have smaller wrists you could prob move it up but there is no adjustment to move it up or anything. If it helps, I have large bone structure and it was tight on me. Too snug for my comfort.
