It is VINTAGE NO discoloration it belonged to a little ole lady

I will get a pic of the back, and on the back in teeney tiny print it a signature of LISA..you need a magnifying glass to see it...I tried but it is tiny but you can sort of make out the signature of Lisa.

It is by LISA but there are more than one Lisa, I checked on line, there is Lisa Frank, Lisa Witmer, and Lisa Salazer
