It folds in 3rds for easy storage. It has 2 grommets at the bottom so you can lace a string around the seat for extra security.

Pen/pencil/marker holders, 2 cup holders, and 4 other handy-dandy compartments to hold toys and such.

This also could be used as a travel bag and keep your jewelry, cosmetics or other toiletries together to hang on the bathroom door.

I apologize for the pictures. For some reason my iPhone is creating an orb at the side of some of these. It is all black, clean and never used. Smoke/pet free home.
