The listing, Orange Butterfly Flower seeds has ended.

Brilliant orange flowers attract Monarch butterflies. They will lay their eggs on the leaves and the caterpillars will eat the leaves. I included pictures of the caterpillars that hatched on my plants.
They flower from midsummer to autumn. They are very hardy perennials that tolerate hot dry conditions. They do best in full sun with well drained soil. They grow 24 to 36" and should be spaced 12" apart.
Winner will receive 6 seeds.

The Monarch butterfly lays her eggs on the plant so if you sprayed it it would kill the endangered caterpillars. The whole reason I put these up is to help the endangered Monarch!

Is that the only kind of butterfly that will lay there eggs r does all butterflies do.

Only the Monarch will lay it's eggs on this plant. It's what the caterpillars eat, they only eat milkweed and these which are the same family of plants.
