Up for auction is a Dell Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 Green Reinstall Disc. It is sealed, never been used. If you have a Dell system, there is no need for a key. It will install and not ask you. You can then activate Windows over the internet. Completely legal CD. Works on almost any Dell machine. My Dell blew up and I no longer have a need for this CD. Shipping is free to anywhere in the U.S. Happy Bidding!

It does not. This is a Dell restore disc, and as such, if you use it on a Dell, I am 99% sure that you will not need a code. I have never needed one for any of the Dell's that I have restored. That being said. If you do not have a Dell, you will be required to enter a key.
