Nice auction ! So the auction is for a $50 iTunes giftcard and if the bidding credits reach 35,000 you will add a second $50 iTunes card for a total of $100 iTunes giftcard ?
So I can have a tracking number in case someone says they never received my email and decides to use the money on the gift card anyways. Basically to prevent being scammed.
Sending the code through Listia message can not get you scammed. As LONG as there truly is money on the card. Bc if someone try's to say there's no money on the card-- or the code is invalid-- Listia can see the code and check for them selves if the code was used or not. Etc.
Secondly. Sending code in the mail-- doesn't help from scammers. Even with a tracking number-- the tracking only proves the package was delivered. Doesn't prove that the card is valid. Or that there is even a card in the package. Lol. ((I've seen that happen before!! Luckily not to me, but it DOES happen!))
Your best bet is to send the code VIA Listia message! Because if the winner claims scam- and the code is valid- than they will know. If its NOT valid they will know as well. Plus once you send the code digital delivery- they can click they got it and you get the credits. Instead of waiting 3-10 days for the package to be delivered and the winner to claim they got it
ALSO! You NEVER said how much the iTunes card is for???
