Ok as far as the sim card question goes, I took the back off and took out the battery and it does have a sim card. A clean esn however I have no idea what that is. If you can explain that I can find out for you. Also.... no worries on getting the phone, Im new to this but I keep my word. :)

ok thanks for responding so fast and does it take a sims card , the reason I ask is with our cell phone carrier any phone that takes a sims card we cant get internet on it so I was just wondering before i bid I bid on a phone at the beginning of this month paid the girl 10.00 for shipping and it was 407 credits and she dropped off the face of the earth no refund no phone so im just tryin to be careful on which phones I bid on and make sure its one I can use I definitely like this phone tho great auction

Yes the charger and battery is included and there are no scratches or dents. This phone was only used for a short time then we switched carriers.

No it is not an android phone. It is a htc ozone. Idk if it could be used as prepaid and Im sorry but unable to ship for free unless the points were to go around 3000.
