In 1920 Canada switched from the large cent to the small cent. Both varieties were minted that year. 2012 was the last year that Canadian small cents were minted. They are now being pulled from circulation by the banks and sent to the government to be melted down.

All Canadian small cents from 1920 through the 1950s and many dates and varieties after the 50s have become increasingly more difficult to find since production of cent coins was discontinued. The coin being offered here is the better date 1941 small cent described in the title and pictures. No minimum bid and free shipping to the U.S. only.
