This is a very , very old fishing reel----its a shakespeare 1920. wonderreel. model g e ......the best i can make out.... it is 2 1/2" wide not counting the handle....it came off an old metal fishing rod..... and i do have the rod.... it does turn... it would make a great display for your fishing shelf .... i got it at an estate auction.... i used it for display.... never used the reel.....would make a good christmas gift......for the fishermen who has everything.......
