K, this is NEW but I opened it to swatch for you so I really cannot say it is new anymore. It is a very nice color but it came in a lot I bought on Ebay and orange just isn't a good color for me. I wore gloves and just barely grazed the surface, No germs and no big dip in the make up! So here you go. Creamy. .4 oz.
