The spinner ring has a tiny, little tenny diamond __chip___ (just enough to make a little sparkle). The stretchy toe ring is just simulated diamonds.

There is a stamp on the inside, some kind of Mark and then Ti, maybe it's titanium instead of white gold. I wore it a lot and it shows no discoloration or wear. It is a very nice ring that you could wear all the time and not worry about it showing wear or discoloring like a cheap ring would.
