Good. Condition! I've never seen straps like this! I'm sure they are adjustable, but what a great idea! I always wear my purse around my neck whenever I'm somewhere I need my hands free and I don't want to lay it down! The straps ARE plastic but no tears! The fabric shows some wear, but lots of use left!
