Hi, I was just wanting a little more info on these. Are the tires on this large enough for road use or are they more like skateboard tires? And are the handlebars extendable and to what height, I'm rather tall, Thanks

Yes they are road use tires! 4" in size and like roller blade tires. My fiancee is 6' 2" and has no problem. They are adjustable for kids to adults.
