These are both working, one of them overheats and shuts down. You get both cellphones, one Battery and One Backing and one Charger for the cellphones. Both phones have clean ESNs.

The one that doesnt overheat works fine. I was switching between the two phones for a while. Both of them still work.

There is nothing wrong with the other phone... I just switched carriers and have no use for the phones anymore.
