This neon yellow (plastic) cord is long enough when fully opened to easily slip over a very large head (mine). The cute little green and yellow enamel-on-metal charm is surrounded by red, and green "green" beads (they are recycled plastic, similar to "water bottle beads" but made of folder dividers that were left over in my craft closet, made by hand, by me.)I do not suggest this necklace for any child under 5 years of age (small parts)!
