This is a compact foldable solar charger. It measures 4 1/2 by 5 1/2 by 1 1/4 when folded. It comes in a black vinyl folding case with a snap for portability.

It has a usb and mini usb port.

Yes, it does. Not a super powerful charger, due to the size. It has an led light that lights green when it is on, showing that it is charging.

The specs from the user manual say output voltage is 6v. Maximum output current is 168mA.

Build in battery capacity is 1800 mA

Not sure if that answers your question, but that is the info I have.

Does it have a USB port? The port I see in the picture doesn't look like a normal USB port.

It can be used as a phone charger, and it can be used as a charger or power source for other things that can be powered by usb as well.
