It measures 8 inches long,5 inches wide and 4 & 1/2 inches tall.Instructions included.Just put your jewelry in the baskets,add water & turn on.
It works with 4 AA batteries(not included)

Hi,no cleaner.Its the Ultra Sonic waves that go through the water and take the dirt out of the jewelry.When the batteries are in & you turn it on.it has power going through the water,that way no cleaner is needed.Its right on the instructions that come with it.
