This is a very cute green shoulder bag from Vera Bradley. it has one minor fix. as shown in the second picture the second magnetic latch broke off and the hole from it was sewn back. but thats all! happy bidding!

no fraying or wear and tear and it sits on your hip. i dont know the exact measurements. ill look today
