This is a gorgeous princess dress for play or Halloween! Gracie has worn it for 3 years now and it's time to pass it on.The deep 2nd ruffle is torn on one side, but a quick stitch-up would fix that. I noticed one tiny hole, hardly noticeable. There is a layer of pink netting underneath. You can see that this was not just a cheap Halloween costume when it was purchased.
