This absolutely beautiful Chinese hand fan with tassel is brand new and made of bamboo and a silk like fabric. It is 8" tall and opens to approximately 20".

So how exactly does this work. I'm new at this. So I bid the credits. and if someone out bids me then I keep my credits but if I win. I get the item. DO I have to pay money for anything or is that what the credit are for. Please explain this to me.

Welcome to Listia. You use your credit to bid. Make sure to read auctions carefully. Some people offer free shipping while others charge a flat rate or the exact rate. This will be specified on the auction page. Other than possible shipping fees, you won't pay money for anything. When you place a bid, the max amount of credits you bid will be tied up on that auction. Example, if you have 5,000 credits and you bid up to 4,000 on a particular auction, your available credits would only be 1,000. Those credits are tied up until the auction's end. If you lose, all credits go back to you. Some auctions have GIN (Get It Now) available. GIN is the same as Buy It Now. Another thing to remember, once a bid is placed on any auction, the seller can't make any changes except for adding pictures or comments. Hope this info helps you out a bit. Welcome again!
