The listing, Vintage/Antique Sherwood Bros. Pottery Jug has ended.

Antique Sherwood Brothers Pottery stoneware jug. c.1879-1940's. This is an old stoneware jug with part of an old cork stopper. It's Embossed with “Sherwood Bros. Pottery New Brighton P.A.” on lower edge in an oval.
This company was only in business from 1879 to the 1940's, so this is an old one.

Measures 12” tall x 7" Wide x 6 1/2” base diameter. It has an applied handle.And is Two-toned glaze: The top is dark chocolate brown and lower part is cream/tan color.

CONDITION is wonderful w/some crazing and a few chips on bottom edge. This is a very sturdy and Heavy jug.

NO it Can not fit in a flat rate box!!

Purchased at an Estate Sale and selling AS IS just as I purchased it.

where is this being shipped from? It is beautiful. Are you sure it doesnt have any leaks in it. I bought one online and when I got it, there was a small crack in the bottom and it leaked.
