Hi. Welcome to Listia! Cute jeans! Looks like you're a newbie, so just wanted to give you (and everyone) a piece of advice. Anything that weighs over 13 oz. (most jeans) have to be shipped via priority mail, so the cheapest and best way to mail jeans is via a USPS flat rate envelope for like 5.50. If you fold the jeans up real well and tape up the envelope to prevent any tears during shipping the package will be bulgingl, but fine and totally okay with the post office. I put mine in a plastic bag before I put them in the envelope, just in case because those envelopes are not waterproof. I've been shipping jeans like this for 8 yrs (Ebay) and have never had a problem and the important thing is that it will cost you about 3.00 less than if you were to just mail them regular priority. Hope that makes sense and I hope you don't mind the advice. If anyone has any questions they can msg. me JaQ :-)
Thanks for the tips but I've been mailing this kind of stuff off eBay for awhile now. Just got tired of it and figured that I'd rather give someone else a chance to have this stuff I don't use anymore on Listia now :-) I actually do have some questions tho if you don't mind me asking. First off, how long does it take for my points to get added on after someone wins my items? Someone won some of my stilettos and I shipped them via 2 day priority mail this morning, but curious how some of these points work. If you don't mind, if life to fan you then ask you some more questions & I could email them to you. Thanks a whole lot!! Michelle
I don't have a receipt anymore for my MISS ME jeans. You would need a receipt for something like that. The jeans are in EUC, barely even used, so there shouldn't be any problems with warranties anyways. I really appreciate your input tho, to pass along to the person who gets my jeans, but I don't want to mislead anyone. I'm almost 100% positive that you'd need a receipt for that kind of warranty and I don't have that anymore. In that case, I would have went and gotten all the money back that I paid for them, lol. You know? I really do appreciate your input, once again, because the jeans are made to not have any problems, especially with what they cost. Thank you so much and good luck to you all on bidding. Sincerely, Michelle
when the person receives the item they click on a "got it" link and the credits are released then. after a lil time and you establish a good seller record, the credits will be released immediately. hope this helps. also GIN is "get it now" lol took me awhile to figure that one out. good luck and welcome to listia. I love it here better than ebay....jim
Jim, you must think I'm a complete lame brain, ha! I feel so silly, HA HA HA!!! I thought "gin" meant "again"!!!! Omg, I feel so silly. Thank you for helping me out. I am looking this a while lot better than eBay and I'm having more fun with this than eBay also. I want to establish being a good seller, so I'm going to do everything in my power to go that. Once again, thank you sooooooo much for helping me out! I've only had one bad experience on here with one person, but the rest have been so enjoyable and that makes the one time bad event/comment from someone obsolete :-) You're help/advice/tips mean a whole lot to me beings I'm new to Listia! Sincerely, Michelle
