I found the whistle that came with the outfit, and I'll be including it. ;+)

Would this be too provocative for a 12year old? I can't tell by the photos. My daughter "watched" this when i told her to fumble through the Halloween costumes on Listia, apparently she wants to dress up as a ref! Lol

Maybe I could put a undershirt under it or leggings. ?? Hmp.

Would this fit a junior size 7-9?

Ummmm, I would say to sexy for any youngen. No way my daughter would have worn it back when she was that age. Its backless, halter, low cut... :-)

This is why I ASKED you if it was a provocative costume before bidding! I told my daughter to neb around Listia search and click "watch" on Any costume that she liked/wanted. And this was one in the watch list. Lol. She would have not known it was too adult. I'm pretty sure she seen REFEREE & just clicked watch. She had a TON in my Watchlist, most I UN-watched because they were too adult, too expensive, or size was wrong. (She apparently didn't even read the descriptions bc she had sizes from little girls, toddlers, juniors, and adults. Lol!)
Anyway that's why I asked first!

She seen a cute ref costume at party city, that was for a teenager, maybe she thought this was it.

But thanks for answering. And I hope you were not being judgmental--i was simply asking. I would never let my daughter go out of the house dressed in a provocative or revealing outfit either. Doubt she would even want to, she's more of a legging & tshirt type of girl. I think it's been 4 years since I've seen her even wear a dress. Lol.
