I use this phone just one week. is in excellent condition like you can see in the pictures, comes with wall charger, and screen protection.

And Come with Windows 8.1 what include CORTANA .
Phone go to factory reset before delivery.

I like the phone a lot, just that I update to a Lumia 830 with 5" screen!.

It has to be unlocked from its current carrier. For example Straight Talk can not unlock a phone that was previously contracted to Sprint or Boost. The Carrier of origin has to unlock it for an account holder with an account in good standing. If its "Jailbroken" it will work but can not be updates to new operating systems in the future.

Yes you are talking about Sprint or Boost and they are the same. This phone is from Metro PCS what is without contract. So is always good standing because you pay at front every month. "No Contract and not hidden fees" Jailbroken phones are just for Iphone or Androids. This one is a "Windows phone". But I can ask them if they can do that for me and I let you know ;-)

Because i buy the phone on walmart they charge you $50 dollars to do it
