Description

The listing, White Bleeding Heart seeds gathered 7/4/14 #10 has ended.

Winner will get a min of 10 seeds. All seeds came from "white flowering plants" not a pink in the bunch.
Picture in the middle is of the pods that holds the seeds.

The seeds have to go through a period of stratification before you can plant them. Place the container in the freezer for a period of six weeks to three months. (or if you live in Michigan like us, toss them on/in the area you want them but watch for birds & let nature do all the work.)

All Listia rules apply & I will only ship to verified addresses.
Good luck and happy bidding.

Fanned and watching. I live in Connecticut and have the pink. They do very well. Was just wondering if I would do the freezer thing or just plant them?

Freeze them if starting indoor house plants. You get snow and icky weather so nature will do the work outside. I answered before in the wrong area. Sorry to have repeated myself if you already read what I posted on the page.

If you're planting them outside, I would just plant them. You get freezing temps during the winter and why not let nature do everything for you. I have heard that if you plant the whites to close to the red/pinks, your whites will turn pink but I really don't know how true that is. I'm just now starting pink plants in my yard and have them 20 feet away from my whites.....lol Better to be safe then sorry. (fanned you back)
