I've had this a very long time. The paint and her skirt is original. She's made of wood. On the bottom where it says "DISNEY" if you hold that in, the figure collapses. I don't know if you can see it in the pictures, but there are joints on the legs and arms. It's attached on the inside with string, so it's like a marionette doll. It feels like some of the inside string is caught or unattached. I see the red thread, which should be inside. If you're handy, you can mess with it and probably get it to behave.
You can tell from Minnie's face what year she was made. I believe it's the 40's or 50's.
So bring Minnie home to your house. She'll do a dance!
