that's the shipping if you win the auction, no need to apologize : ) we're all new once, when they say exact shipping that means you have to win the auction & pay for the shipping cost yourself, you can buy points, when you see a GIN on something that means get it now for however many points they have listed, if you use that , the auction ends automatically, but if you list an auction & people bid on it, you send them the item & since you're new you won't get the points until after they receive the item : ( you can also refer friends & you will get points when they list their 1st auction, there are also survey's that you can do to get points, the main thing you need to do is to verify everything you can most important is your address, go to your Listia & look on the left hand side & it will show you how to get verified also if you click lets say on my name , on the left at the bottom it will say contact bittyone click that & it will let you send me a message that's a PM personal message & it won't show up in comments, so verify everything you can, list an auction, verify your address,( really important ) & make sure you send the item to the person who won ( really, really important ) & if you can afford it use tracking , that way you're protected if someone tries to say you didn't send it
