Sorry for using technical terms. But I own a few pairs of each and I have got to tell you, the huggie style earrings are so comfortable to wear. I sleep and shower in mine and I can hardly tell you are wearing any. I love them so much that I really don't like to wear any other types. Thanks for Google ing them.
