It is a violation to create custom listings, for anybody... Doing so could get you and the buyer banned or suspended

Are you referring to the part about private or reserved listings? The listing isn't private, anyone can buy it or bid on it if they like. If someone other than the requester happens to bid/buy, I would fulfill the buyer of the original listing and just make another one for the requester, no problem. There is no reserve on the listing either. I make the minimum bid such that I will get the same credits whether someone uses GIN or bids. Minimum bids are within the site's rules, it is designed as such(and you pay more credits with a higher minimum bid) and so, I see no rules being violated.
