I've been meaning to use it, but if I haven't used it by now.... well I'm hoping to pass it on to someone who will.

I'd like to note that the card has spent the last year in the bottom of a bedroom drawer so there are little scratches on the front. Nothing major, and the number and barcode are fine. You can see the little scratches in the pic near the glare of the camera flash. Also the number in the back has been scratched off, so I would say that this isn't a good gift. But perfect for you to use yourself!

I called customer service to ask about expiration and such. This card will not depreciate, nor will it expire!

Yes I will be mailing the card. Since you would use this at a local salon or day spa near you, you would need the actual card.
