Very comfortable lightweight skirt with lining. Wide soft waistband. Brown with off white cut out flowers on bottom. Size XL. Worn only once and still looks brand new.

yes it would fit just fine, it's loose and the waist has a wide band. I am a 14 and it fit me ok
