The red Bell Pepper is said to have a higher nutritional value than the other colors.

Since pepper seeds generally take longer to sprout than many other varieties it is recommended that you put them in a damp paper towel, stick them inside a ziplock bag, and put them on top of a heating mat or pad to keep them at about 80 Degrees.
