This is a beautiful cameo focal. This acrylic cameo is antiqued gold-finished. This is a 50x28mm heart. This has rhinestones all around it. On the back there is a place where you can put a chain through and make it into a necklace. This is not an old or vintage item. This is a new, unused item.
