Description

The listing, BEAUTIFUL, NATURAL CORAL FINGER NECKLACE has ended.

This is a beautiful coral finger necklace. It is all natural, grown in all of God's wonder below the sea. It looks great with just about anything, but it really seens to shine.with denim. You just can't see how beautiful this necklace is in these pictures but it really does have that WOW factor going for it. Yes, man gathered the coral and strung it on the necklace, but only God can do this exceptional work. You won't be sorry you bid on this one. So, what are you waiting for? This necklace is full of color and uniqueness. You just don't see them that often.
I will pay the shipping on this, so there is absolutely no reason everyone can't have a chance at it. That is what Listia is all about. HAVE FUN WITH THIS UNUSUAL AND BEAUTIFUL NATURAL OFFERING.

One more thing...If you like my auctions and want to fan me, I appreciate that greatly. It is an honor! And that is how I fan others. I believe it should be earned. Not passed out like water! Just my thoughts.
Thanks, and God Bless!

Sorry...I had to wait until I got home to measure it. It is about 21 1/2 inches long including the two Sterling Silver clasps which are about 1 1/2 inches each. Thank you for your interest and the plusses. I plussed you too :o)

Thank you for the compliment...no, I didn't make it. I purchased it several (10ish) years ago. Now, so you don't change your mind about my writing, don't go look at the dog outfit I have up for bid. You will probably turn tail and run! LOL Thanks again!

This is stunning! Do you have a reference for the authenticity on this? If I bid on it, I would want something showing it is real coral because I have a gift in mind for someone ;)
Watching and fanned you, and also clicked on the + sign on everyone's comments to give them a point =)

I'm sorry, I do not. I'm sure it is genuine, but I can't prove it. Come to think of it, I don't think I have ever seen "fake" coral, I wonder if you can tell like you do pearls? I lived in Japan for 3 years and can tell real from fake pearls, but I don't know if the coral can be checked that way too. I can just tell you it was purchased from a jewelry store in Florida. None of the "fingers" are broken off., Thank you for your interest. The only thing that will need to be done is to polish the sterling clasp. If I get the chance, I will go ahead and polish them.

You are doing better than me, as I cannot tell real from fake pearls, either. I once bought my mother a pearl necklace/bracelet set from a "jeweler" on Ebay and it turned out to be fake and turned her neck and wrist green...talk about embarrasing for me! I would not expect you to pay for a COA after giving it away in an auction, just had wondered if you already had some paperwork on it since I am considering it for a gift ;) It is really stunning!

Well, your lesson for the evening is: How do I tell a natural pearl from a man made pearl? OK...take the pearl in your right hand (you may use your left if you prefer)Then gently place the pearl up to your front teeth. Take those front teeth and act like you are going to "skin" the pearl...like you are going to pull the skin off a grape. So, fairly lightly move your teeth up and down so you can feel the texture of the pearl. Is it smooth? Is it grainy? That is what you are trying to ascertain. So if you are rubbing your teeth properly up and down you should be able to tell...smooth, grainy? smooth, grainy? If it is smooth...put it back...it's man made. If it is grainy feeling...a mollusk of some kind made it, and they don't make smooth feeling pearls. They feel somewhat gritty. So, there is your lesson in pearl sorting 101. Now, go into the most expensive jewelry store you can find...ask to see their most expensive strand of pearls, and watch them have a coronary when you start mouthing (or teething) their wares. LOL They will either be horrified or look at you admiringly. Oh, and let me know how it goes. I don't have the uh, um, well, the appendages necessary to do that. I usually wait until I don't have an audience and then have at it! Good luck.

Absoulutely gorgeous! And the winner may take it to any jeweler to receive a Ceritficate of Authenticity. You are givng this for free,& a jeweler would add a substantial cost to you. ladyregina is the only seller on Listia ever to provide a formal CA, with the beautiful coral necklace I won from her. Just a little FYI, a formal appraisal will cost extra & esp a written one! This stunning, Good Luck to my Listia Community, I love Listia!
