This is a two-tone SOLID STERLING SILVER Hallmarked 925.
2 pear shaped genuine sapphires flank each end and there are two genuine emerald toward the center.
The ring across measures 1 inch across.
This ring is a size 7.
The design make it adjustable by 1/2 - 1/2 inch.
If you wish to do this I would have a jeweler do it to maintain the roundness of the setting.
