Mathey- Tissot watch needs battery stainless steel back. The face is 1 1/4 inch long by 1 inch wide and has a stretch band thats 1/2 inch wide.

the band is 6 1/2 inches but it does stretch.
I'm a big boned girl and I can put it on and it not be stretching the band at all if that helps.
