The listing, Original 9x11 Pencil Drawing of Brittney Murphy has ended.

Up for bid is a 9X11 drawing I did of Brittney Murphy, the actress, in 2005. The source photo was from a photo shoot, but the drawing is all me. I used graphite pencil throughout the entire piece. It is sprayed with a fixative to prevent smudging and also to preserve the quality. It still looks good six years later!
Note: Not shown in the photo is my signature, Jes, handwritten on her lower finger.
I do celebrity portraits often to better my skills and challenge myself. I have most of them displayed on my website, theartofjes dot com. If you would like me to list more of them leave a comment telling me which one you would like to see up here on Listia!

Thanks! I can draw anyone! I offer commissioned drawings on here sometimes but I also offer them through my website theartofjes dot com. (get rid of the word dot and insert a period) I just happen to have celebrity drawings because I can high quality photos with great lighting and clear details. It's great for practice :)

I don't really draw animals, sorry. I say that only because I don't practice them and I wouldn't want to charge for something that I'm not comfortable with. I have had others ask me that same question so I think I might have to try some animal drawings and see how it goes! lol Thanks for asking :)
